You agree to use our bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities and/or message or communication facilities, if any (collectively, the "Forums") only to send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to that particular Forum.

If you choose a username that, in our sole discretion, is obscene, indecent, abusive or that might otherwise subject us to public disparagement or scorn, we reserve the right, without prior notice to you, to automatically change your username, delete your posts from our Site, deny you access to our Site, or any combination of these options.

If we request registration information from you, you will provide us with true, accurate, current, and complete information. You will promptly update your registration to keep it accurate, current, and complete. If we issue you a password, you may not reveal it to anyone else. You may not use anyone else's password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your accounts and passwords. You agree not to copy, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, assign, distribute, reverse engineer, grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer any right to the technology or software underlying our Site or the Services. Calculation of Yields
The yields quoted by Kim Snider Financial Communications are based on a group of accounts we have been able to track and verify. The most recent performance figures can be found on our Performance page (link), along with an explanation of these numbers. Performance numbers are shown for illustrative purposes only. These are not a guarantee of yields an investor would receive by investing using the Snider Method.

The yields quoted were obtained by using methods substantially similar to those taught in the Kim Snider Investment Method workshop. The yields of any one individual investor can be greater than or less than the average, and the average of future periods can be greater than or less than the average of past periods.

Possibility of Losses
The Snider Investment Method is designed to generate cash flow off your portfolio. It is not a capital-appreciation strategy. As stock prices fluctuate, there will be times when the Snider Method investor has unrealized losses. Snider Method positions are designed to close at a profit, provided that the rules are followed and the company whose stock is owned does not go bankrupt. A Snider Method position can last from one month to several years and the price will fluctuate during that time. If you decide to liquidate a position before the process is complete, you risk permanent loss of capital. The Snider Method attempts to reduce the risk of bankruptcy by only investing in companies that pass strict bankruptcy tests, but this risk cannot be completely eliminated.

If any part of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superceded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in effect.
